TrailblazeHers:
Women in Supply Chain

TrailblazeHers: Women in Supply Chain

The supply chain has never been known as a career path for many women. However, that is changing as the role of the supply chain has expanded and is now recognized as a critical ingredient in business success. Today, as organizations worldwide are orchestrating rapid changes to enable supply chain resiliency through digitization, we believe this is the opportune moment to bring forth more women leaders in supply chain transformations and unlock the strategic advantages that are a hallmark of diverse and inclusive teams. Through research and leadership programs, our goal is to build a value community, inspiring women to advance careers in supply chains.

23:23 Leadership Program

The TrailblazeHers leadership program, established in 2021, pairs women in early-stage careers in supply chain with senior professionals in the field. To date, the program has trained 43 professionals through two completed cohorts.

The 23:23 Leadership Program, our third cohort, will accept 23 women seeking a career in supply chain to be mentored by 23 exceptional women supply chain leaders. The 4-month program combines high-touch mentorship with training on contemporary supply chain trends, helping more women excel as supply chain leaders. Program Fellows receive professional growth opportunities through 1:1 mentoring sessions, applied learning sessions led by supply chain experts, conversations with women business leaders, and monthly peer group activities to enhance social support, networking, and problem-solving.

Applications for 23:23 are now open.

Testimonial

“Being part of the TrailblazeHers 21:21 Mentorship Program was an amazing experience. I felt the program empowered women in supply chain roles through the digital supply chain transformation learning sessions, the peer-to-peer interactions where we shared our experiences with each other, and the fantastic mentorship program that encouraged many conversations about individual development and career progression. I especially appreciated my conversations with my mentor – having a person who understood the challenges I had as a young, female professional, and could offer a 3rd party perspective was invaluable to me.”-
