Chief Administrative Officer

Monica Consiglip is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the Center for Global Enterprise (CGE), a New York-based nonprofit dedicated to the study of the modern corporation in the era of global economic integration. She also serves as Vice President of Mercator XXI (MXXI), a professional services firm that helps clients navigate the global economy. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, operations, and program management, I bring a proven track record of driving organizational growth and effectiveness. Prior to CGE and MXXI, she spent a decade at IBM.

As CAO at CGE, she leads the organization’s operational strategy, financial management, legal compliance, event execution, and HR functions, while fostering a culture of integrity and excellence. She plays a key role in shaping strategic initiatives, setting measurable goals, and ensuring CGE delivers meaningful value to our supporters, members, and Board of Directors. She’s also committed to the professional growth of the global team and advancing CGE’s worldwide mission.

At IBM, she spent six years in Governmental Programs overseeing global financial, security, and HR operations across 35+ countries, managing a multimillion-dollar budget, and building internal control systems. Additionally, she held roles in HR data management, staffing, and recruitment.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany.
