Alpha Teams

CGE’s Alpha Teams are a unique approach to learning. An Alpha Team is a digital internship where up to 21 participants from diverse countries, cultures, and experiences, come together for a 6-week program to solve a real-world business challenge for a company sponsor. The global team is comprised of business students, professionals, and academic faculty. The entire program is conducted online in a collaborative learning environment.
