EVENT SUMMARY
“The Digital Supply Chain Institute” (DSCI) will host The Digital Supply Chain Executive Leadership Forum in Zurich with an executive dinner on June 28, and an all-day session on June 29.
The Forum will review CGE’s research with the aim of helping attendees transform their supply chains and businesses. Enterprise supply chain transformation from traditional to digital could be the most important transition for companies over the next five years. CGE’s research suggests that improved enterprise Digital Supply Chains can lead to a 10% increase in revenue, 20% reduction of procurement costs, and a 50% reduction in supply chain costs.
The Forum will create a valuable opportunity for business leaders to actively engage with supply chain executives from Europe and around the world. The Forum will address the most pressing supply chain management opportunities and challenges leaders’ are facing in the global digital economy. The overall theme is the “Frontside Flip”: how to turn the supply chain focus towards the customer and towards revenue growth. Two topics will be the subject of collaborative work sessions where we share the research and collect your views:
